Blackseed Catering & Cafe is the culmination of many years in the making. Blackseed is 100% Aboriginal owned & operated. Not only is this a mobile food service, Blackseed aims to dish up more than food! Blackseed aims to showcase an experience that can feed all the senses and nourish our spirits to grow.

Our very survival centres around food. We use it to celebrate life, milestones and beliefs. Blackseed aims to share in the timeless tradition of, celebrating culture through food. 

 

Blackseed aims to capture the stories, people, places and things surrounding Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

Blackseed will offer an experience like no other, whether in the corporate space, community market, special public or private events or in the school grounds. Blackseed was formed to showcase Australia's unique Bush Tucker flavours in foods we all know.
