My name is Jennifer Stefanac and I was adopted into a non-aboriginal family then reunited with my family in the 90’s in Wellington, Wiradjuri Country in New South Wales, Australia. Together with my 3 daughters Blackseed is 100% aboriginal owned and operated.

• Blackseed Catering & Cafe endeavours to give an opportunity for Australians and International Visitors to connect, discover and share in the essence of the longest living culture in the world.

 

• Blackseed’s aims to be a meeting place to embrace the flavours and knowledge about the sources of the foods and how they have been used by the first nation peoples.

 

• Blackseed desires to establish a business model that engages local Aboriginal people for training and employment opportunities.
